Marissa's Birthday Cake

I LOVE Oreos.  So when I saw this cake on Pinterest I knew I had to have it for my birthday.  Unfortunately Kevin was busy so I had to make it myself but it was SO good.  

 Kevin was worried about fire hazard if he put the correct number of candles on my cake so he put a 25 and 6 individual candles on the cake.  ha, ha, very clever.

Big Girl Bed

Kylie got her big girl bed this weekend.  We've been trying to potty train her. So far she can go if she has nothing on her bum but as soon as she puts panties on she pees in them.  We'll have to work on that. In the meantime, here she is in her big girl bed with her minnie mouse sheets.

Ajia

This is our friend Ajia.  She lives up the street from us and she's in Landan's class at school.  We've been carpooling since Jan and she's been coming over after school some days while her mom works.  She's great with the babies.

Cousin Norah

Last week we had my niece Norah stay with us.  Her mommy had gone into preterm labor and had to spend some time in the hospital so she got to come to our house to play.  Luckily her labor stopped and she gets to keep her baby in a little longer and Norah was able to go home but it was fun while she was here.  She has the most B-E-A-utiful  long reddish brown hair.  I love getting to play with it.  Unfortunately she has a really tender head so I had to bribe her a lot but she eventually let me.  We I only have pictures of a couple hairdos.

 Poor Kylie.  This bathing suit is an 18 mo size.  The top fits great but the bottoms kept falling off her little bum and that's with a swim diaper on.
