Lexie's Blessing

Alexis was blessed on Sept. 2, by her daddy. She looked beautiful. My bmother made her dress from Chinese embroidered silk. She was so good too. She almost cried at the end but only because the bonnet fell in her eyes. We were so excited that my brother, Jonny, and his family could come to be with us for both Landan's baptism and Lexie's blessing. It was so fun hanging out with them.

Landan on the way home from Chili's: Mommy,Do you know what the Spanish word for cold is?
Mommy: What is it?
Landan: It's chilly! So we just came from the cold restaurant.
I came home from work and Landan announced my entrance:
"Look what's home Daddy. Look what's home. It's Mommy."
After getting gas at the gas station:
Landan: Mommy, Did you just get gas?
Mommy: Yes I did.
Landan: Did you get gas in yourself?
While looking at a video of his cousin Avery:
Landan:Look! It's Avery!
Mommy: We're going to go see them this weekend. Do you want to go see them?
Landan: But Avery is in the computer. We can't see her in the computer!
Landan whenever he goes pee pee in the potty: "Ta Da!"
Landan to a 40ish year old lady while looking at a picture of a 90ish year old lady in an elevator: "Look! It's you!"
Landan to Mom after I caught him on the computer when he wasn't supposed to be: "You are supposed to be downstairs making muffins!"
